The annual Knowing You Matter conference is held in September in honor of Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. The goal of the event is to help break the stigma surrounding the topics of mental health and suicide and provide opportunities to connect with community resources that promote emotional wellness. The conference features powerful testimonies from people who have considered suicide, survived a suicide attempt, or lost a loved one to suicide. The event is free and open to everyone.
